She joins hosts Julien and Kiersten Saunder to have a conversation about what "mothering" means, the evolution of women in the workplace, the importance of a federally mandated family leave policy and how a universal basic income [UBI] would improve the lives of working families and caregivers. They also discuss the importance of finding and nurturing community as a mechanism to becoming a better caregiver and how our work lives affect our marriages.
